Reserve Affairs
JTF North Reserve Affairs supports the JTF-North mission by proactively sourcing, funding, and coordinating orders for selected reserve component personnel selected to execute specific support requirement.
Training OpportunitiesJTF North provides a number of unique joint training opportunities for reserve units and personnel. Homeland defense support operations provide critical wartime mission training while contributing to the accomplishment of the Department of Defense’s homeland defense support mission.
JTF North has Active Duty for Special Work (ADSW)/Active Duty for Operational Support (ADOS) funded training opportunities available for reserve component personnel of all services. JTF North also has active duty for training (ADT) funded training opportunities available for Navy reserve component personnel. Additionally, JTF North has annual training (AT) opportunities available for targeted specialties.
These training opportunities are available to reserve units as well as individual reserve service members.
