SERGEANT MAJOR MARCOS A. CORDERO, SELECTED AS COMMAND SENIOR ENLISTED LEADER FOR JOINT TASK FORCE NORTH

FORT BLISS, Texas – U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Randall V. Simmons Jr., commanding general of Joint Task Force North (JTF-N), will host a Change of Responsibility ceremony for U.S. Marine Sgt. Maj. Marcos A. Cordero as he takes responsibility as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader of Joint Task Force North.

The ceremony will take place on Thursday, Nov. 10, at the JTF-N headquarters at 11603 Old Ironsides Drive, Fort Bliss, TX. The ceremony will be live streamed at 09:00AM on the Joint Task Force North Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/JTFNorth/.

Sgt. Maj. Cordero formerly served as the Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, Regimental Sergeant Major, Okinawa, Japan. The current CSEL Sgt. Maj. Kristopher Dyer will assume responsibilities as the senior enlisted leader for Training, Plans, and Operations for the Army National Guard at National Guard Bureau, Arlington, Va.
